وصف نائب الرئيس الأميركي جي دي فانس، التصويت التمهيدي في الكنيست الإسرائيلي على ضم الضفة الغربية المحتلة بالقرار “الغبي”، مؤكداً – قبل مغادرته إسرائيل – أن سياسة الرئيس دونالد ترامب لا تزال قائمة، وهي رفض ضم الضفة الغربية المحتلة.
وأضاف فانس أنه شعر “بإهانة” من تصويت الكنيست يوم الأربعاء على ضم الضفة الغربية، قائلاً إنه قيل له إنها حيلة سياسية. وأضاف: “إن صحّ ذلك، فهي مناورة سياسية غبية للغاية”.
وفي مقابلة مع مجلة التايم، قال الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب إن ضم الضفة الغربية “لن يحدث”، موضحاً أنه أعطى كلمته للدول العربية، ومؤكداً أن إسرائيل ستفقد دعم الولايات المتحدة إذا أقدمت على هذه الخطوة.
وفي تصويت تمهيدي، أقرّ الكنيست مشروع قانون لضم الضفة الغربية، بالتزامن مع زيارة فانس لإسرائيل، فيما وصفه حزب الليكود بزعامة رئيس الوزراء بنيامين نتنياهو بأنه “مناورة من المعارضة تهدف إلى الإضرار بعلاقاتنا مع الولايات المتحدة”.
وفي إسرائيل، اعتبر وزير المالية الإسرائيلي بتسلئيل سموتريتش أن “السيادة هي نقطة الاختبار”، مضيفاً أنه إذا اشترطت السعودية التطبيع بإقامة دولة فلسطينية، فعليها “الاستمرار في ركوب الجِمال في صحراء السعودية”، على حد تعبيره.
وفي المقابل، ردّ زعيم المعارضة يائير لابيد عبر منشور على موقع “إكس”، على سموتريتش قائلاً إنه “لا يمثّل دولة إسرائيل”.
وفي وقت سابق الأربعاء، حذّر وزير الخارجية الأمريكية ماركو روبيو الأربعاء من أن تحرُّك الكنيست الإسرائيلي باتجاه ضم الضفة الغربية من شأنه أن يهدد خطة الرئيس دونالد ترامب لإنهاء الصراع في غزة.
وقال روبيو قبيل توجهه إلى إسرائيل التي يزورها الخميس: “أعتقد أنّ الرئيس ترامب أكد أن هذا ليس أمراً يمكننا دعمه في الوقت الحالي”، مشيراً إلى أن إقرار أي من النصوص المطروحة أمام الكنيست “من شأنه أن يهدد وقف إطلاق النار الساري في قطاع غزة وأن يؤدي إلى نتائج عكسية”.
وردّاً على سؤال بشأن تصاعد عنف المستوطنين الإسرائيليين المتطرفين ضد الفلسطينيين في الضفة الغربية، قال روبيو “نحن قلقون بشأن أي شيء يهدد بزعزعة استقرار جهودنا”.
ومن المقرر أن يصل وزير الخارجية الأميركي ماركو روبيو إلى إسرائيل بعد ظهر اليوم، في زيارة تبدأ فور انتهاء زيارة نائب الرئيس الأميركي جيه دي فانس.
إدانات عربية ودولية
قالت وزارة الخارجية الفلسطينية إنها تدين بشدة تصويت الكنيست الإسرائيلي على “فرض السيادة الإسرائيلية” على الأراضي الفلسطينية، معتبرة ذلك محاولة خطيرة لضم الضفة الغربية بما فيها القدس الشرقية، في انتهاك صارخ للقانون الدولي وقرارات الأمم المتحدة.
وقالت حركة فتح الفلسطينية إن “مصادقة كنيست الاحتلال بالقراءة التمهيدية على مشروع قانون ضم الضفة الغربية لن يبدل الحقائق التاريخية أو يطمس حقوق شعبنا المشروعة”.
وأدانت دولة قطر بأشد العبارات مصادقة الكنيست الإسرائيلي بالقراءة التمهيدية على مشروعي قانونين يستهدفان فرض السيادة الإسرائيلية على الضفة الغربية المحتلة وإحدى المستوطنات، واعتبرتها تعديا سافراً على حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني التاريخية وتحدياً للقانون الدولي وقرارات الشرعية الدولية.
وحضّت الخارجية القطرية المجتمعَ الدولي على تحمل مسؤولياته القانونية والأخلاقية والتحرك العاجل لإلزام السلطات الإسرائيلية بوقف خططها التوسعية وسياستها الاستيطانية في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة.
كما استنكرت المملكة العربية السعودية بدورها الخطوة الإسرائيلية، وشددت وزارة الخارجية السعودية على رفض المملكة التام لكل الانتهاكات الاستيطانية والتوسعية.
وأكدت الخارجية السعودية على أهمية اضطلاع المجتمع الدولي بمسؤوليته الكاملة تجاه تطبيق قرارات الشرعية الدولية، ووضع حدٍّ لكافة “التعديات الإسرائيلية السافرة” على الأراضي المحتلة والشعب الفلسطيني، والمضي بمسار السلام على أساس تنفيذ حل الدولتين بما يحقق الأمن والاستقرار بالمنطقة، كما جاء في البيان.
واعتبرت الكويت مصادقة الكنيست الأخيرة انتهاكا صارخا للقانون الدولي وقرارات مجلس الأمن ذات الصلة، لا سيما القرار رقم 2234 الذي يدين الاستيطان الإسرائيلي ويؤكد عدم شرعيته.
وكانت الإمارات العربية المتحدة قد حذرت الشهر الماضي من أن ضمّ الضفة الغربية يُعدّ خطاً أحمرَ بالنسبة لها.
بدوره، شدد الأمين العام لمجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية جاسم البديوي، الخميس، على أن مثل هذه الممارسات الاستيطانية تعد تعدياً سافراً على الحقوق التاريخية للشعب الفلسطيني وتنتهك القوانين الدولية والأممية.
وفي الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية حثّ 46 عضواً ديمقراطياً في مجلس الشيوخ الرئيس دونالد ترامب على منع إسرائيل من ضم الضفة الغربية المحتلة، وفقاً لوكالة أنباء وفا.
جاء ذلك في رسالة بعثها أعضاء المجلس إلى ترامب، في مقدمتهم العضوان آدم شيف وتشاك شومر، بحسب ما نقله موقع “أكسيوس” الإخباري الأمريكي.
ويحتل الديمقراطيون 47 مقعداً من أصل 100 في مجلس الشيوخ، وكان السيناتور الديمقراطي جون فيترمان هو الوحيد الذي لم ينضم إلى التوقيع على الرسالة.
وطلب الديمقراطيون في الرسالة من ترامب “تعزيز” موقفه الرافض لضم إسرائيل أجزاءً من الضفة الغربية المحتلة.
كما دعا الديمقراطيون الرئيس ترامب إلى اتخاذ خطوات من شأنها دعم وتشجيع حل الدولتين.

مداهمات واعتقالات في الضفة
وفي الضفة الغربية، أفرجت القوات الإسرائيلية عن جميع المحتجزين اللذين اعتقلتهم فجر اليوم في بلدة السيلة الحارثية التابعة لمحافظة جنين بالضفة الغربية المحتلة، بعد ساعات من التحقيق معهم٬ كان من بينهم سجناء سابقون أفرِج عنهم ضمن الصفقة قبل الأخيرة.
وكانت القوات الإسرائيلية قد نفذت فجر الخميس حملة اقتحامات واعتقالات واسعة في مناطق متفرقة من الضفة الغربية المحتلة، تخللها مواجهات أسفرت عن إصابات في صفوف الفلسطينيين، وفقاً لما ذكره صحفي بي بي سي عربي في رام الله علاء دراغمة.
وأضاف أن مصادر طبية أكدت إصابة ثلاثة فلسطينيين بالرصاص الحي خلال مواجهات اندلعت في مخيم قلنديا شمال القدس، نُقلوا على إثرها لتلقي العلاج.
وفي مدينة الخليل، اقتحمت قوات الجيش حي أبو كتيلة ونفّذت حملة اعتقالات واسعة، وتمركزت في محيط المستشفى الأهلي، حيث لاحقت المركبات المارة وفتشت عدداً منها، وفق ما أفادت به مصادر محلية.
وفي محافظة جنين، اعتقل الجيش الإسرائيلي أربعة سجناء سابقين من بلدة السيلة الحارثية، وجميعهم من المفرج عنهم ضمن صفقة التبادل قبل الأخيرة، بين “حماس وإسرائيل، وهم: رائد السعدي، محمد زطام جرادات، بشار شواهنة، ومؤيد زيود، وجميعهم كانوا قد أمضوا أحكاماً مؤبدة.
كما اعتقلت القوات الإسرائيلية شابين خلال اقتحام بلدة برقة شمال نابلس. وفي المدينة ذاتها، أصيب شاب بالرصاص الحي في الرقبة خلال مواجهات في منطقة رأس العين، بحسب الهلال الأحمر الفلسطيني، الذي أوضح أن عدداً من المواطنين أصيبوا بحالات اختناق نتيجة إطلاق قنابل الغاز المسيل للدموع بشكل كثيف.
وفي رام الله، اقتحمت القوات الإسرائيلية بلدة أم صفا شرق المدينة، ونفّذت حملة مداهمات طالت عشرات المنازل. وقال رئيس المجلس القروي مروان صباح إن الجيش أغلق مداخل البلدة وفرض طوقاً أمنياً، واعتلى أسطح عدد من المنازل، فيما ألحق أضراراً بعدد من المركبات خلال العملية.
وكشفت هيئة مقاومة الجدار والاستيطان أن السلطات الإسرائيلية نشرت المصادقة رسمياً على مخططين من مخططات E1 المعروفة بمخططات القدس الكبرى، بهدف بناء 1228 وحدة استيطانية على مساحة 818 دونماً، والمخطط الثاني يهدف إلى بناء 1315 وحدة استيطانية على مساحة 2173 دونماً، وقد تم نشر المصادقة بتاريخ 29 أيلول/سبتمبر 2025.
